CLEANING PROCESS FOR SHIRTS
Please Read Thoroughly
Business Shirts and Fitted Shirts (or tailored shirts) are cleaned using two different methods.

Below is an explanation of each shirt and how it is cleaned. If you are unsure what type of shirt you are leaving for cleaning, please contact us. Alternatively, we will clean them using the method that will best maintain the shirt’s fabric and shape.

BUSINESS SHIRTS - Regular business shirts are most commonly worn. Their shape is loose, rather than tailored. Business Shirts are laundered, pressed on a shirt unit and finished with a hand iron.

FITTED SHIRTS - Shirts with a tailored/fitted shape. Many (but not all) are made from elastine based fabrics and must be dry cleaned to retain the shirt’s shape. Fitted shirts are hand pressed rather than on a shirt unit.
DELUXE CLEANING
Deluxe Cleaning is a cleaning process we use on certain garments to preserve their fabric. It is a must when it comes to certain items (see below) and is recommended if you have any garments that are delicate, expensive to purchase or are treasured items.

Deluxe items are cleaned on a short cycle and at a low temperature. They are hand finished and are treated with the care that they deserve. Due to the special care taken and the additional work required, they are charged at a higher rate.

We will always Deluxe Clean items that require it. We also suggest that if you have delicate/special garments that you would like us to Deluxe Clean that you advise us with a note in your dry cleaning bag.

WE ALWAYS DELUXE CLEAN GARMENTS THAT:
  • We determine to have very delicate fabric eg. Silk Chiffon, Delicate Evening Dresses
  • Garments manufactured by designer labels eg. Prada, Armani, Feraud, Versace, Boss, Gucci etc.
  • Garments with a care label displaying a P symbol which is circled and underlined.
  • The underlined P symbol is placed on the care label by the manufacturer to instruct the dry cleaner
    that the item must be delicately cleaned
SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
2 YOUR DOOR Dry Cleaning will only return dry cleaning upon the FULL completion of a Registration Form. 2 YOUR DOOR Dry Cleaning will have all received garments dry cleaned but until Payment Details are received, the company will hold onto the cleaning.

I also acknowledged that I have read and understood the Company policy on Deluxe Cleaning and Shirt Cleaning and that unless contacted by the customer, 2 YOUR DOOR Dry Cleaning will use their discretion in determining how to best clean garments.

Please note if you are a new customer a $9.95 deposit will be charged to your credit card for your Dry Cleaning Bag. This is fully refundable upon the return of your bag if you discontinue using our service. This deposit does not apply if you are visiting the building and are a one time user of the service or if you an existing customer.
